Terms & Conditions – Fashion Show

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • All participants (models/designers/vendors) must complete the official registration process and submit accurate information.
  • Participants must be 15 years or older, or have parental consent if underage.
  • The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application without stating a reason.

2. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees, participants, and staff must maintain professional behavior at all times.
  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund or warning.
  • Substance abuse or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

3. Rehearsals & Attendance

  • Selected participants must attend all scheduled rehearsals and fittings.
  • Failure to appear at scheduled events may lead to disqualification or replacement.

4. Media Release

  • By attending or participating, you grant permission to the organizers to use your photos, videos, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes, without additional compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content including designs, logos, and show footage remain the property of the respective creators and the event organizers.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of event content is prohibited.

6. Liability

  • The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • Participants are advised to take care of their belongings and health during rehearsals and the event.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tickets or registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • The schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. COVID-19 / Health Protocols

  • All participants and attendees must comply with current health and safety protocols, including but not limited to temperature checks, masks, and sanitization.
  • Anyone showing symptoms or testing positive may be asked to leave or isolate for the safety of others.

9. Security & Access

  • Only authorized persons will be allowed backstage or restricted zones.
  • All attendees must carry valid identification and access passes provided by the organizers.

10. Agreement

  • By registering for or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without notice.
